The fundamentals they teach, legal structure, council process, insurance, pricing, marketing, have not changed. What dates fastest is the detail of registration and council approval, and that differs by state and by council anyway, so always check what applies where you are.
Do the regulations differ by state?
Yes. Food registration is set state by state, and some requirements are set by your local council. The recorded council session is a New South Wales deep dive, so check your own council and state or territory food authority for what applies where you are.
