Welcome to our first issue of Cake! magazine for 2015! This year we'll be celebrating our love of cake with hundreds of inspirational photos, tutorials, interviews, recipes and more, starting with this modelling themed issue. In this issue we feature the best in the modelling world of cake decorating, including Carlos Lischetti, Brenda Walton and Nadia Flecha Guazo. We are also very privileged to feature a cupcake collaboration, 'It's a small world', created to commemorate and celebrate International Children's Day, and we're excited to announce our first-ever New York City Cake Crawl, planned for 23-25 September 2015.
