Christmas Edition
Can you believe it's the last issue of Cake! magazine for 2017 already - it's our Christmas edition! Christmas is by far my favourite time of the year, and I love working on our November issue each year as we get closer to the festive season. This issue is packed with Christmas tutorials, an interview with the magnificent Shannon Bond, and a feature on USA-based Chef Benny Rivera. We also recently returned from the UK where we attended Cake International as part of our UK Cake Crawl, and you can read all about that adventure on page 68.
