Welcome to our first edition of Cake! magazine for 2019 - this issue is all about florals, with tutorials on sugar flowers, painted flowers and wafer paper flowers, plus interviews with leading sugar flower artists Jacqueline Butler and Robert Haynes. We also feature a wrap-up of the 2018 Cake Decorating and Baking Industry Awards Night on page 33. Cake Camp is back in August 2019, with 60 Cake Campers heading to the Blue Mountains for a weekend of cake, networking and fun.
