Tutorials to bake this Christmas
Hello and welcome to our final issue of Cake! Magazine for 2023 - can you believe it's December already!? We love seeing the new cakes, cookies and sweet treats our members have been creating, and bringing together an issue to inspire your own creativity this festive season. On the 23rd of September, we celebrated the Australian Cake Decorating and Baking Industry Awards night, and in this issue we are very lucky to feature a number of our award winners including Camilo Murcia, Katelyn Wait, Alexander Coppleman and Elizabeth Andreevski. We have had a massive year at ACDN and are so excited for an even bigger 2024, which will include the new Festival of Cake being held in Melbourne next September.
