Bright, Bold & Beautiful
Cake decorating is having a bold moment, with decorators everywhere embracing bigger colours, bolder textures and designs that refuse to blend into the background. That energy shaped this issue's theme, Bright, Bold and Beautiful, from the revival of Lambeth and vintage-style piping to dramatic ruffles, wafer paper and sculptural buttercream. It is a celebration of taking creative risks and letting your work stand out.
