Cake Alley is Coming to Melbourne! Following a hugely successful debut in Sydney, Cake Alley is at the Melbourne Craft & Quilt Fair with four days of live demonstrations, expert advice, giveaways, shopping and plenty of sweet surprises. Whether you have been decorating cakes for years or have never picked up a piping bag, Cake Alley is a place to discover, learn and be inspired.

Spin to Win! Back by popular demand, the Cake Alley Sponsors Prize Wheel returns with fantastic prizes generously donated by our sponsors. Visit participating exhibitors throughout the show to collect your entries, then spin the wheel for your chance to win. It is free, it is fun and there is always excitement happening in Cake Alley!

A Sweet Taste of Nostalgia. Keep an eye out for Coral Crackle, Copha’s much-loved mascot, who will be wandering the halls sharing complimentary mini Chocolate Crackles. Copha Brand Ambassador Amber Comadira-Smith, fresh from appearances on Channel 7, will also be demonstrating innovative, modern ideas using one of Australia’s favourite baking ingredients.

"I Could Actually Do That!" One of the biggest surprises from Sydney was how many visitors discovered that cake decorating was not nearly as difficult as they had imagined. Throughout the fair, Australia’s leading decorators will demonstrate simple techniques that create stunning results, proving that beautiful cakes do not have to be complicated.
